Get Help from Inside the App

For the fastest and most accurate support, please use the built-in Support feature inside the Speaka app. This ensures that your request is securely linked to your account so we can better understand your issue.

To submit a support request:

• Open the Speaka app on your device
• Go to Settings > Support
• Fill in your email address and describe the issue
• Tap Submit

We will reply to the email address you provide in the app.

If you are unable to open Speaka or cannot submit a request from within the app, you can contact us directly by email:
