3. iCloud Integration

As of release 1.3, our app provides an optional feature allowing you to save and restore your account data via iCloud. This includes details related to your accounts, stocks, and currencies that you have entered into the app.

Please note:

• Using iCloud for backup and restore is optional. If you do not choose to use it, your data will remain stored locally on your device only.
• When using iCloud, your data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. Our servers do not have access to this data, and we do not receive, process, or store it on our end.
• No personal identifying information is included in these backups. The data consists only of the account details you have chosen to enter, none of which are tied to your identity.

By enabling this feature, you allow the app to read and write to your iCloud storage space. This data remains under your control via your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

4. Access to Internet Resources

Our app connects to the internet to retrieve external resources, such as articles related to financial planning and retirement. These resources are fetched from external websites, but no user data is shared, stored, or accessible by our servers. Accessing these articles does not involve collecting or transmitting any user data to our servers.

5. Local Data Storage Only

Except for the optional iCloud backup and restore feature, all data related to user financial plans is stored locally on the user's device. The app does not back up, transfer, or sync user data to any external servers (other than the optional use of iCloud, which is directly managed by Apple).

6. Third-Party Services

This app does not integrate or interact with any third-party services for data analytics, advertising, or user tracking.

7. Data Security

Although our app does not collect or share user data, we implement measures to ensure that locally stored data is accessible only through the user's device. We advise users to follow good device security practices (e.g., passcodes, Face/Touch ID) to protect their data. When using iCloud, data security is governed by Apple's iCloud security protocols.

8. User Rights and Choices

Since all data is stored locally or in the user’s personal iCloud, users have full control:

• Locally stored data can be removed by deleting the app from the device.
• If iCloud backup is enabled, removing the data can be done by disabling the feature in the app and deleting the backup from iCloud via your Apple ID settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app, "WealthWay," is intended for general audiences but is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It allows users to enter data related to retirement planning and financial data, which remain on the user's device or iCloud account and are not linked to any individual identity.
